UK delivery is a flat £10.00, and it is free — with a free NeoLife Shaker — on orders over £150. We ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from the UK by DPD and usually arrive in about three working days; if anything is delayed we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Sealed items such as food supplements and cosmetics can only be returned for a change of mind if the seal is unbroken. Email us first and we will tell you where to send it; we refund within 14 days of receiving it back. If something arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, that is on us — we will replace or refund it, including the postage.
