How do I make it?
One sachet in 240 ml skimmed milk, shaken or blended. All the figures and claims on this page are for it made that way; with water or other milks the nutrition is different.
How many a day?
Most people have one a day, as breakfast or lunch. For the authorised weight-loss pattern you replace two main meals a day as part of an energy-restricted diet, with a balanced third meal and snacks. Never replace every meal.
How long does a box last?
15 sachets: about two weeks at one a day, or a week at two a day. That’s why the one-a-day plan sends two boxes a month.
What’s in it?
A protein blend of soy protein isolate and milk proteins, with all nine essential amino acids, plus fibre, 25 vitamins and minerals, and a little safflower and soybean oil. Sweetened with fructose and stevia, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
How much sugar is in it?
